Registration at vendor

Partners who are interested in sales of products from our portfolio are obliged to register on partner website of the relevant vendor.

The reasons why producers insist on this policy?

Legal reasons:

Import of products from our portfolio must comply with „U. S. Export Administration Regulations“, controlled by „U. S Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry & Security (http://www.bis.doc.gov) “. Producer is obliged to include the control export clause in his agreements. Producer cannot sell the goods to the reseller who does not accept the agreement containing this clause.

Rights of intellectual property:

Distributor is in accordance with the distribution agreement authorized to sell the goods only to those who are members of partner program. If reseller fails to register, he is not authorized to sell the products. The agreement entitles reseller to promote and sell the products and the documentation, and under certain conditions, entitles the reseller to use the logo and trademarks to sell and promote products. If reseller sells the products and uses the logo and trademarks without registration in partner program, he infringes the intellectual property rights of the producer.

Commercial:

Partner receives following important commercial tools:

• Sales training online and marketing material accessible only trough partner portal.
• Technical support through ticket system. Partner without registration in partner program cannot ask support through ticket system.
• Reseller´s registration enables the producer to evaluate the partner´s work. They can remunerate the best, encourage and motivate and shift to higher category. Resellers who have worse results will be shifted to lower category.
